Neznak.com Return Policy 

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also email Customer Support , where one of our customer sales representatives will reply within 24 hours.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.

Neznak.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.

General Returns

1.  Email Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.

Please note that we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge. If you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service via email  and obtain a "Product Return" form that must be included with your package.

2.  Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3.  Colour Errors: If the colour of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the colour difference is caused by your display monitor.)

Neznak.com  respects your privacy and takes your online safety seriously. In order to provide you with the best products, efficient customer service, and timely updates, we record a variety of information from your visit to our site. However we do not share or sell  this information to third parties.

Use of Site

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Neznak.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your Internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by Neznak.com in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

Except as permitted in the paragraph above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any portion of it unless expressly permitted by Neznak.com in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any of the information provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business unless explicitly permitted by Neznak.com in advance. Neznak.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Neznak.com believes that customer conduct violates applicable laws or is harmful to Neznak.com’s interests.

You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content, information, or other material that (a) violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the U.S. or the laws of any other country that may apply; or (c) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties. Neznak.com may assign you a password and account identification to enable you to access and use certain portions of this Site. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and Neznak.com has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site.
